Vida Cancellation Policy

The payment of the retreat fee is inclusive of a Reservation Deposit of € 500 (five hundred/00). The Reservation Deposit is not refundable and counts toward the total cost of the workshop.

If Participant wishes to cancel their participation in the Program, they must notify Organizer by email to info@renaissance-cec.com. Cancellation shall take effect on the day Organizer receives the required email from Participant.

Due to the complexity of planning an international Program, the following fees apply to the program cost in addition to the € 500 (five hundred/00) non-refundable Reservation Deposit, as set forth:

If proper cancellation notice is received by Organizer:
1. more than 8 weeks prior to the Program Date: Cancellation Fee = 0% of the program cost
2. 8 weeks from Program Date: Cancellation Fee = 25% of the program cost
3. 4 weeks from Program Date: Cancellation Fee = 50% of the program cost
4. 2 weeks from Program Date: Cancellation Fee = 100% of the program cost.
There shall be no refund if Participant attends the Program, but leaves early, for any reason.
Reservation Deposits or any payments made by Participant are not transferable to another applicant for or Participant in the Program, for any reason.
Any refunds due to Participant according to this Agreement will be made in Euro (€) by Bank Wire to Participant within 30 days of receiving proper cancellation notice. It is Participant responsibility to provide the complete bank details (IBAN; BIC/Swift; Account number) to the Organizer to make the bank transfer. Bank wire charges are paid by the Participant. The amount credited in Participant’s bank account shall constitute full settlement between Organizer and Participant.
